When I entered the kennel he froze, low growled and started to back away. When I presented the leash he would dodge it and avoid, eventually I was able to get my leash on him and he walked out on his own. In the yard he kept his distance, did not seek engagement. If I moved closer he backed away and would give side eye, any hand movement towards him or brief touch he would whip around and snap. We exited the yard and walked to the laundry room, I was able to place a blanket on him to pick him up (he was trying to bite). Once in my arms, he was tolerant of touch around his back end, lower extremities but anything above or around his face/head he would try to snap.
