In the Care Centers, Lowkey Mischief was noted to be inconsistent with kennel reactivity. He was reported to jump high up in kennel vocalizing, attempting to kennel fight as he exits. He was also noted to be inconsistent with mouthing on handlers. He has reportedly mouthed handlers sleeves and hands with various levels of pressures. At times he was able to be easily redirected with treats or cue. Lowkey is reported to be social with familiar staff, allowing for petting and gently taking treats. Volunteers write: 8/16: I briefly met him in the backyard. He was friendly, loved treats, sat nicely, and took them gently from my hand. He wasn't interested in the tossed tennis ball, but absolutely loved butt scratches. He was very well-behaved and easy to interact with during our short time together. 7/24: Easy to leash, exit and return to kennel. Short walk as it was still pretty hot out. Low key and sweet, no mischief seen. Hot sidewalks bothered him so we returned to the shelter after official business was taken care of. I look forward to walking him again and hanging out in the back yard, should the afternoon heat pose a continuing problem.
