This pet needs emergency placement. Cookie King is at risk due to behavioral reasons. Cookie has been observed to be highly dog reactive while in care, noted to become tense when seeing another dog. This behavior is not able to be redirected easily. Recently Cookie has been observed to lunge towards a dog in a pop up crate and snapping towards them. This behavior was very difficult to redirect.
