He knows the behavior \"sit\" and is not interested in consuming offered treats. He displays sociability with a specific female dog on the other side of the barrier by approaching with a loose body and wagging tail. When other dogs are passing the yard, he is reactive by barking, growling, and jumping forward with raised hackles and a tense body.
