Placing Green due to kennel presence and intake notes. 8/24/2026 K9 came in in bucket, bucket used for entire intake due to K9s condition not behavior, allowed all handling and pets, vaccinated using no restraint, taken to kennel in bucket, walked into kennel, leash removal by hand, allowed additional petting once in kennel, tail wagging, demand barks when aco walks away. Sending out VF titer due to stiff neck noted during observation. Recommend pelvic/HL radiographs at time of neuter once patient has gained some weight and has started Ehrlichia treatment. Adding wet food to diet to encourage appetite. Patient is mildly anemic (likely secondary to Ehrlichia, r/o malnutrition vs other underlying disease). SH 8/25/2026 08/25/26 07:17 BAR but partially avoidant. Allowed exam of head and ears but then pulled back and wouldn't allow further. BCS 3/9 MM-pink, CRT<2sec.
