Dog was observed giving appropriate greetings. 08/17/26 Dog participated in playgroup. 08/24/26 Dog participated in single session enrichment with kennel mate. 09/01/26 16:26 during kennel walk through observed dog exhibiting signs of kennel stress / behavior decline - dog was high pitched stress vocalizing while bouncing off kennel door/wall. kennel card also marked \"feed separately\". no other notes found in chameleon.
