STAFF OBSERVATIONS 08/04/26 12:35 Appears to exhibit social behavior with handler from inside the kennel. Has kennel mate at time of observation. 08/05/26 Dog participated in playgroup today. Dog was observed giving appropriate greetings. 08/17/26 Dog participated in playgroup. 08/24/26 Dog participated in single session enrichment with kennel mate. 09/01/26 16:26 during kennel walk through observed dog exhibiting signs of kennel stress / behavior decline - dog was high pitched stress vocalizing while bouncing off kennel door/wall. kennel card also marked \"feed separately\". no other notes found in chameleon. DVM to examen thoroughly. 08/10/26 13:33 approx. 3cm round swelling on the right lateral distal 5th metatarsus no lameness Rx) rimadyl 100mg : 1/2 tab PO BID for 7 days 08/17/26 persistent approx. 3cm irregular hard swelling on the right lateral distal 5th metatarsus - cannot be separated from the structure underneath no lameness r/o benign bone tumor, calcification, osteophyte etc put on sx list for mass removal when time allows
