Bio : In most of Latin America, Panchita is a common, endearing nickname for women named Francisca. We aren't sure if Panchita's legal name is actually Francisca (she doesn't have a driver's license to show us), but we sure do find her endearing, so the name fits! Here's what one friend at the shelter said: 'Panchita was a bit shy at first but very sweet. She mostly wandered on her own or found a nice shady spot to lay in the yard. She did accept pets and started to warm up and really like them. I think she will become very people-oriented with some more one on one time!'
