She greets people with a loose, relaxed body, soft eyes and a wagging tail. She walks gently on a loose leash, takes treats softly and has been friendly with volunteers, customers and even a family who walked her. She pays little attention to dogs she passes, keeps her kennel clean, and is frequently described as calm and quiet in her kennel. One note captured her perfectly: after her walk, Kiley grabbed her plush toy, curled up on her cot and fell asleep. Staff repeatedly call her a 'very sweet girl.'
