She arrived in a trap and has consistently displayed fearful body language, including a tucked tail, crouched or tense posture, dilated pupils, whale eyes and avoidance. Staff have used baby talk and encouragement to help her leave her kennel, but she frequently freezes and refuses to walk. At times she has needed to be muzzled as a precaution and carried between her kennel and the runs. Outside, she tends to stay toward the back and avoid interaction.
