Intake Info: Coffee Bean A2333398 has been in our care since May 2026. He was found in a neighborhood with another dog, and both were very sweet. Medical: Coffee Bean appears to be 3 years old, he is heartworm positive and currently receiving treatment for kennel cough. He is fully processed, an altered male, and has been dewormed. He also received treatment for dermatitis with possible underlying allergies. Volunteer Notes: Wow, is Coffee Bean a wonderful pup! This extremely housebroken boy is one of the sweetest you will meet. He loves playing ball and cooling off in the pool, but he is also perfectly content relaxing with a Nylabone. He is very affectionate and enjoys pets and cuddles. Coffee Bean is a polite pup who wants to please. He currently shares his kennel, and we would love to see this handsome boy have a comfortable bed and some toys of his own. Behavior Notes: Coffee Bean enjoys socializing with other dogs and has participated in a variety of play styles, including push/pull and rough/rowdy play. He has also shown appropriate responses to corrections at times, although he may become pushy during play and benefits from handler guidance and redirection. He has socialized with multiple dogs and enjoys playing in the yard and pool. Coffee Bean can be vocal during play, especially when splashing in the pool. Request to Rescues: Coffee Bean is in urgent need of rescue due to his heartworm-positive status and ongoing medical needs. He would greatly benefit from a rescue that can provide a comfortable place to stay and cover his heartworm treatment, this would mean so much for this sweet, affectionate boy.
