Dijor

Dijor is an adoptable female Cane Corso Mastiff looking for a home at The Animal Foundation in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is fully grown and x-large in size. She is currently on the shelter's euthanasia list with only 2 days left, listed due to behavior. Adopting Dijor, or even sharing her story, could save a life before it's too late.

Dijor is not adapting well to being in a kennel at the shelter and is displaying signs of kennel distress and anxiety. Dijor is heavily panting, demand barking at staff, and cage fighting with her neighbors. Staff have noticed some blood in her kennel. She did grab a staff members arm while being reactive to her neighbor. She is very sweet with staff members and loves treats. This animal would benefit from a calmer environment and training to be able to cope with changing environments and separation.This animal needs placement by 9/23 at 3 PM.This dog was diagnosed with an infectious respiratory disease and needs to be isolated from other dogs through 9/22/26 while being treated.Since this dog is contagious to other dogs, they are not eligible for meet and greets but they are still available for adoption and foster!
