Evaluation Notes: 09/12/2026 - Limited behavior due to medical Dog was fearful coming over slowly with a tense body and irregular gait. He was leashed where he flinched with the leash going on and slowly walked outside. He was nervous of movements and noises around him flinching with a tense body. He tracked other dogs with a tense, low body and straight tail. He began to chuff and was redirected by handler. He was slowly walked back to kennel.
