ID #A2097046 4Y | Male | Boxer | Brindle / White | 46.6 lbs intake date: 9/20/26 Status: RESCUE ONLY 💔 Georgio was a stray who was turned in by a citizen after she noticed he had a badly injured front leg. She had wrapped his leg in a bandage, but when it was removed at BARC, there was a foul odor, deep wounds and severe swelling. 🩺 MEDICAL NOTES: Georgio has a serious injury to his left front leg, with deep wounds from the mid-leg down to the paw and severe swelling. Heartworm: Not documented He received rabies, DA2PP-V, Bordetella, deworming, pyrantel and Advantage Multi. He is being treated with Clavamox, Carprofen and Gabapentin for his injury and pain. 🐾 BEHAVIOR NOTES: Georgio has needed to be carried in and out of his kennel. Given his painful leg injury, he needs a calm environment and time to heal.
