Victor

During intake Victor was observed to jump up high and bite the leash, almost catching the handler's hand. This behavior was not easily redirected, and multiple handlers were needed to place him into a kennel. Medically, Victor has unspecified dermatitis. While in care,Victor did well receiving medical treatment for his dermatitis. He repeated the leash biting behavior once treatment was complete. Victor arrived at MACC as a stray with no known history. During intake Victor was observed to jump up high and bite the leash, almost catching the handler's hand. This behavior was not easily redirected, and multiple handlers were needed to place him into kennel. While in care, Victor was removed from kennel for medical treatment. He allowed handling was noted to bite the leash. Due to the detailed behavior, we recommend an experienced adult-only home.
