Lane

Lane is an adoptable female Boxer looking for a home at San Antonio Animal Care Services in San Antonio, Texas. She is a young adult and medium in size. She is currently on the shelter's euthanasia list and today is the last day, listed due to lack of space. Adopting Lane, or even sharing her story, could save a life before it's too late.

Evaluation Notes: 09/12/2026 - Limited evaluation due to medical Dog displayed sociability by coming over for affection with a wagging tail and loose body. She was easily leashed and walked outside where she was slow walking due to medical and paused many times with low ears and sclera visible. She leaned into handler's lap for affection and gently jumped up at times. She displayed sociability greeting other dogs through the barrier with a loose body and wagging tail and low ears. She was carried back to kennel.
