ID #A2093511 13-month-old puppy | Male | Labrador Retriever Mix | Black/Brindle | 57 lbs intake date: 8/27/26 ⸻ 🩺 MEDICAL NOTES: On 9/12, Bruno developed a URI/CIRD with coughing and green nasal discharge and was treated with doxycycline for 10 days. On 9/22, veterinary staff documented no remaining clinical signs and his URI was RESOLVED. He was cleared to leave the treatment kennel. ❤️ Heartworm: NEGATIVE He has received rabies, DA2PP-V and Bordetella vaccines, deworming, pyrantel and Advantage Multi. ⸻ 🐾BEHAVIOR NOTES: Bruno was initially scared, sometimes crouching, freezing or 'pancaking.' Gentle baby talk helped him relax, approach staff and wag his tail. As he became comfortable, a completely different Bruno emerged! He now greets staff relaxed, is easy to leash and walks on a loose leash. Outside, he has been playful with neighboring dogs through the fence, showing a fast-wagging tail and soft, happy expression. Bruno knows 'sit,' is treat motivated, and after his walks he settles quietly and relaxes on his bedding.
