Rocky is an adoptable male German Shepherd looking for a home at Riverside County Animal Services-Riverside in Jurupa Valley, California. He is fully grown and large in size. STAFF OBSERVATIONS 08/26/26 Dog is stiff in kennel and alarm barking at handler throughout observation. 08/26/26 Able to leash in kennel no issue took to the yard for enrichment. Walked around and took back to kennel with no issue. 08/28/26 Dog participated in playgroup today. Dog was observed presenting appropriate greetings and remained social for duration of play group. Dog showed greeter behaviors. GREETER 09/16/26 Dog participated in play group style today. GREETER 09/18/26 Dog participated in play group style today. GREETER 09/22/26 Dog appears to be declining in shelter environment. Dog is alarm barking and lunging at handler during walk through.
