Evaluation Notes: 09/15/2026 - 1 of 6 in kennel Dog is laying in corner of kennel upon approach with a tense and trembling body, wide eyes, pinned ears and a tucked tail while lip licking. He does not move as I enter kennel. He is not initially interested in high value treats offered to him and as I interact with kennel mates, he extends his neck out to sniff treats with same body language. He takes treats offered to him where he flinches back into corner of kennel with a tense and trembling body, wide eyes, pinned ears and a tucked tail. He retreats away from me as I attempt to pick him up and as I pick him up with use of a blanket, he retreats away from me with a tense body, wide eyes pinned ears and a tucked tail. He is transferred into a transport crate.
