Evaluation Notes: 09/14/2026 - Dog displayed sociability by coming over for affection with a wagging tail and loose body. He was nervous of leash going over him by flinching and was able to adjust and easily leashed and walked outside. He greeted other dogs through the barrier with a tense body and tucked ears where he vocalized seemingly stressed and walked away on his own. He was anxious pacing, whining, and vocalizing at times and attempted to jump the 6 foot fence where he was interrupted by handler. He was easily returned to kennel.
