Syxx

Syxx is an adoptable female Mastiff looking for a home at San Antonio Animal Care Services in San Antonio, Texas. She is senior and large in size. She is currently on the shelter's euthanasia list and today is the last day, listed due to lack of space. Adopting Syxx, or even sharing her story, could save a life before it's too late.

Evaluation Notes: 09/22/2026 - Small Co-house Interaction Dog displays sociability with handler by coming over and jumping up to greet with a loose, wiggly body and a wagging tail. She is difficult to leash due to jumping where she is leashed and is easy to walk outside where she pulls on leash at times. She displays sociability with several known dog social male dogs by greeting appropriately and coexisting with a loose body and a wagging tail where she is not always respectful of other dogs communications for space. She is most interested in interacting with handlers, jumping up onto them with a loose, wiggly body and a wagging tail. She is easy to return to kennel.
