Roxy

Roxy is an adoptable female Rottweiler looking for a home at Dallas Animal Services in Dallas, Texas. She is a young adult and large in size. She is currently on the shelter's euthanasia list with only 2 days left, listed due to lack of space. Adopting Roxy, or even sharing her story, could save a life before it's too late.

Roxy is a calm and gentle girl who seems to enjoy a laid-back approach to socializing with other dogs. From our volunteer observations, she can be a bit timid when meeting new people at first, but she warms up nicely and appears curious about her surroundings. Once comfortable, Roxy accepts pets and seems to appreciate a quieter playgroup environment. Contact us about Roxy today! Due to capacity at the shelter, this pet is currently at risk for euthanasia. We are urgently seeking placement through adoption, foster, or approved rescue. If you are interested in adopting, fostering, or rescuing this dog, please email dasadopt@dallas.gov as soon as possible. When emailing, be sure to include a callback phone number so our team can contact you promptly.
