In the catch pen he had a soft body and a low tail wag as the runner easily clasped the collar around his neck. He entered the play yard with soft body language. He was approached by a female cane Corso and exchanged a timid greeting with her. He was approached by a male shepherd mix and exchanged a timid greeting with him. When the male shepherd lingered near his face, he gave him teeth. He approached handlers often in the yard to solicit affection. He roamed and explored the yard away from the other dogs. He was approached by a male lab and exchanged a tense greeting with him. He started side eyeing and licking his lips. The male lab walked away. He approached the female cane Corso and exchanged a softer greeting with her. A male shepherd approached him, and they exchanged a tense greeting. He spent most of his time in the yard approaching handlers and avoiding the dogs in the play yard. He would do best with a calmer female dog who would respect his space and boundaries due to his tense behavior around other dogs.
