Persephone

Persephone is an adoptable female Pit Bull Terrier looking for a home at Fulton County Animal Services in Atlanta, Georgia. She is fully grown and medium in size. She is currently on the shelter's euthanasia list with only 2 days left, listed due to lack of space. Adopting Persephone, or even sharing her story, could save a life before it's too late.

Meet Persephone, a sweet, friendly girl who is as adorable as she is easygoing! She loves getting pets and is always happy to spend time with her people. She has an easygoing personality and a face that is pretty hard to resist-especially with that one adorable ear that has a mind of its own and folds over just so! Persephone does have a rough-and-rowdy play style, so she may not be the best match for every dog. She'll do best with a canine companion who enjoys playing with the same kind of enthusiasm or as the only dog in the home. But when it comes to people, Persephone is simply a sweet girl who loves attention and affection. If you're looking for a fun, friendly pup with an extra-cute ear and a big personality, Persephone would love to meet you!
