Pearl

Pearl is an adoptable female Pit Bull Terrier looking for a home at Fulton County Animal Services in Atlanta, Georgia. She is fully grown and large in size. She is currently on the shelter's euthanasia list with only 2 days left, listed due to lack of space. Adopting Pearl, or even sharing her story, could save a life before it's too late.

Meet Pearl, a gorgeous girl with striking golden eyes and a personality that is just as special as her looks. This beautiful girl has a gentle, thoughtful way about her and seems to appreciate life at a little slower pace. When it comes to other dogs, Pearl prefers to coexist rather than be right in the middle of the action. She would likely do well with a canine companion who understands her style, respects her space, and is happy to simply share a home with her. Her favorite thing? Cheese! Her favorite snack and the way to win her heart. Pearl is ready to make friends! She takes treats with the sweetest, gentlest manners and happily accepts her favorite snack. . Pearl hasn't been feeling her best during her time with us, so we haven't had the opportunity to see her full personality yet. But the gentle, sweet girl we have met is enough to know there is so much more waiting to emerge once she is in a home where she can truly relax. She's ready to leave the shelter world behind, feel like herself again, and discover all the good things that come with having a family of her own.
