Gentleman is an adoptable male American Staffordshire Terrier looking for a home at San Antonio Animal Care Services in San Antonio, Texas. He is fully grown and large in size. He is listed on the shelter's euthanasia list, listed due to lack of space, and that date has now passed. Shelters often move these dates, so Gentleman may still be waiting. The shelter can confirm.
Evaluation Notes: 10/03/2026 - Kennel presentation at this time. Dog is sitting in kennel with a tense and trembling body, wide eyes, pinned ears and a low tail. He adjusts as I enter kennel where he displays sociability with me by coming over to greet with same body language. He allows brief handling with same body language where he is interested in treats and affection offered to him. He knows \"sit\" and takes treats gently from hand.
