Snuggle Bug has been observed to be very mouthie with handlers. Noted to mouth the handler's sleeve, treat pouch, and shoes. With handlers she is very exuberant, jumping up on them with a loose body, and is receptive to treats. During her assessment, while in the possession of a toy, Snuggle Bug bit and grabbed the assess-a-hand with a stiff body. Medically, Snuggle Bug was recently treated for CIRDC and is healthy at this time. What my friends at ACC say about me: My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet! I'm ready to learn! I need a patient person who has the time to work on training with me. I don't always like to share my food, toys or bedding with other animals. I would do best in a home with only adult humans. I love to be loved, but on my own terms! Let's brush up on some canine body language together! A Volunteer Wrote: Snuggle Bug, who came into the shelter with several of her housemates, earned fans very quickly, beginning with the staff member who brought her in--he greets her like a long lost friend, and says he immediately loved her. She's instantly loveable, with her great enthusiasm for people, walking, the world, treats, laps, and laps with treats. Spending time with Snuggle Bunny is to share in her wonderful cheer; we can only imagine how unbounded her joy would be to find herself in a home again! This is a perfectly named dog looking for her person with whom to snuggle!
