Daniel

Daniel is an adoptable male Retriever looking for a home at San Antonio Animal Care Services in San Antonio, Texas. He is a young adult and medium in size. Evaluation Notes: 1 of 2 in kennel: Dog is fearful upon first approach with a trembling body, wide eyes, tucked ears, and a tucked tail. He flinches when touched and retreats with the same body language. He is able to be leashed and carried outside. While outside, he has a loose body and wagging tail while interacting with this kennel mate. He is nervous of people passing by with wide eyes and a tense body. He is slowly walked back to his kennel with a tucked tail and lowered body posture. He attempts to back out of the leash at times where he is able to quickly adjust.
