He is seemingly fixated on a female (A823238) in a nearby yard where he is unable to be redirected and vocalizes toward her while pulling on leash. He is walked into the yard where he continues to fixate on A823238 by maintaining a direct line of sight while vocalizing and pacing in yard with a tense body, wide eyes, pinned ears, and a low tail while jumping up onto barrier. He displays sociability with male and female dogs observed with by allowing them to greet him where he continues to fixate on A823238 with same body language. He is unable to adjust and repeatedly jumps up onto barrier seemingly attempting to exit yard. He is removed form yard and is returned to kennel where he continues to vocalize and pull heavily toward A823238. *The dog A823239 was fixated on is found to be in estrus.
