Shrub has demonstrated on-leash reactivity and has been reported to pull hard enough to choke himself and has required a harness for safer management. When seeing dogs, Shrub will fixate, become tense, pull strongly toward them, and vocalize loudly, and has difficulty being redirected. He has also displayed mouthy and jumpy behavior during leash placement, including attempting to mouth the leash and handler's hand. Shrub is noted to be social with handler, seeking attention and allowing petting. Medically, Shrub is noted to have Vomit/diarrhea episode.
