Evaluation Notes: 09/11/2026 - Dog is barking and growling with a tense body, low tail, and wide eyes upon first approach. As the leash is presented at the barrier, he begins wagging his tail while continuing to bark. As the door is opened, he approaches with a wagging tail, tucked ears, and a lowered head where he is easy to leash. He pulls heavily towards the grass to urinate. He greets passing handlers with a wiggly body and wagging tail. He takes treats gently from my hands. He pulls on leash while being returned to his kennel.
