The handler spent a few minutes in the kennel building trust with her before picking her up and carrying her to a side yard. She was given a moment to acclimate to her surroundings. The handler called to her, but she would not approach. She had concemed eyes, a tucked tail and was trying to create space away from the handler. The handler slowly approached her. She allowed the handler to check her ears and teeth with no reaction When the handler touched her front and back paws, she slowly pulled her paws away. When the handler touched her tail, she slowly pulled in away. After her handling, the handler picked her up and cared her to her kennel She is an under socialized puppy who needs confidence building, continued socialization, and leash training She needs someone who is going to go slow with her and build her trust. Due to these factors, she would likely do best in an adult only home or with older respectful kids. BEHAVIORALLY OK FOR PUBLIC ADOPTION, ADULTS ONLY (RECOMMENDED)
