ID #A2096578 4-year-old neutered male Staffordshire mix Black / Gray DOB: 9/17/2022 Weight: 55'57 lbs Intake date: 9/16/2026 ⸻ 🩺 MEDICAL NOTES: ' Heartworm HIGH POSITIVE ' Bite wounds to both ears, with the left ear most affected, plus wounds along his neck ' Fractured right canine tooth noted ' Carprofen 50 mg PO twice daily ' 7 days for pain/inflammation ' Clavamox 375 mg PO twice daily ' 14 tablets for his wounds ' Recommendation to clip and clean the ear/neck wounds ' Vaccinated and dewormed ⸻ 🐾BEHAVIOR NOTES: Evan's behavior notes are incredibly sweet. Staff found him in his kennel with a soft face and relaxed body. He was easily leashed, walked out without any issues and remained calm throughout his medical workup. When staff spoke softly to him, Evan leaned into them with a soft, slightly worried expression. He walked back to his kennel on a loose leash and remained composed even while other dogs barked at him through their kennel doors.
