Mocha

Mocha is an adoptable female American Staffordshire Terrier looking for a home at San Antonio Animal Care Services in San Antonio, Texas. She is a young adult and medium in size. Evaluation Notes: 09/24/2026 - Owner surrender due to incompatibility with other dog in home and owner issue. Dog displays sociability with all handlers by approaching with a loose body and wagging tail. She is easy to leash and walk down the aisle where she freezes when dogs bark and then flails on leash where she is easy to lift and carry outside. She is reactive towards passing dogs by charging the fence and then chasing them as they walk past with a tense body, raised hackles, and high tail while barking and growling.
