Evaluation Notes: 09/21/2026 - Dog displayed sociability with handler by coming over for affection with a loose body and wagging tail. Dog was easy to leash and walk outside where he pulls heavily. He is tense and frontally aligned as he walks out of the building towards other dogs. He greeted Mamas at the fencelince with a tense body and raised hackles. He huffed and then engaged in play bows where he was coughing. He was redirected away, continued to cough, and returned to kennel.
