More Info: I have been at the shelter since Aug 24, 2026. I am in kennel DA24. Weight: 55 lbs Intake date: 8/24/2026 ⸻ 🩺 MEDICAL NOTES: Juan is HEARTWORM HIGH POSITIVE He received DA2PP, Bordetella, Rabies, deworming, Pyrantel and Advantage Multi. ⸻ 🐾BEHAVIOR NOTES: Juan is frightened and shutting down in the shelter. He stays at the back of his kennel with a tense body, tucked tail and whale eyes. When staff attempt to leash him, Juan avoids the leash or pulls backward. Even gentle baby talk and treats haven't been enough to convince this scared boy to walk out on his own.
