Intake Information: Neno (A2343107) is a 5-year-old boy who was found as a stray near the source's home. Neno does have a microchip, but no owner has come forward. Medical: Neno is heartworm positive and fully processed. He has dermatitis, a scar on the top of his head, notches on the left ear flap from an old injury, bilateral elbow calluses, and some scabbing around the left and right cranial nipples. He is HS-4. He also has broken upper canine teeth. Staff Notes: Neno is a sweet and quiet boy who appears to be leash trained. An old injury to his left ear was noted. Behavior Notes: Neno is steerable with the spray bottle. He entered the yard with a female dog and greeted her appropriately but then became focused on humping. He was corrected several times but continued attempting to return to the behavior. Request to Rescues: Neno is in urgent need of rescue due to his heartworm-positive status and dermatitis.
