He is also microchipped. ⸻ 🐾BEHAVIOR NOTES: Kurt has shown some barrier reactivity toward other dogs. Staff have covered his kennel to help reduce stimulation. Outside the kennel, however, Kurt has shown a much calmer side. He has repeatedly walked on a loose leash and appeared relaxed outdoors. One note describes him lying relaxed on his kennel floor, then greeting his handler with a wagging tail and soft, open mouth before walking loosely outside.
