She was able to stand but was weak and appeared depressed. This tiny 9.4-lb senior urgently needs a rescue willing to give her the medical care and quiet place she needs. ⸻ 🩺 MEDICAL NOTES: Estelle was found weak and depressed and was given 100 ml LRS fluids. BARC noted a healed corneal puncture/scar in her right eye, opacity in her left eye, hair thinning/alopecia on her trunk and thin skin. There are concerns for an underlying medical condition, including possible diabetes or Cushing's, and bloodwork is recommended to rule out underlying disease. Heartworm: NEGATIVE / NAD She received rabies, DA2PP-V, Bordetella, deworming, Pyrantel and Advantage Multi. 🐾BEHAVIOR NOTES: Estelle is a quiet, vulnerable senior who was found lying outside weak and depressed. She needs gentle handling, rest and time to recover.
