Bubbles

Bubbles is an adoptable male Pit Bull Terrier looking for a home at NYC ACC-Manhattan in New York, New York. He is a young adult and medium in size. Bubble is noted to frequently attempts to bite and tug the leash, with staff reporting increased intensity and episodes where redirection is unsuccessful. He also fixates and pulls intensely toward neighboring dogs, at times nearly causing himself to pass out, and may kennel fight. Bubbles is noted to be social with handlers and allows petting. Medically, Bubbles is Apparently Healthy. Bubbles arrived at MACC as a stray. While in care, he has been observed to be highly rope reactive and reactive on leash when seeing other dogs. In the kennel room, Bubbles will pull hard towards the other dogs and react to them. In the yard, Bubbles will jump up on handlers with a soft body and may know the cue sit. We recommend an an experienced adult only, single pet home that makes no trips to the dog park.
