Espresso is an adoptable female Bullmastiff looking for a home at Maricopa County Animal Care & Control - West in Phoenix, Arizona. She is fully grown and medium in size. In yard, dog explored for a few moments; relaxed body; approached handler; took treat gently; allowed handler to slowly pet; rested head on handler's lap; soft face; remained near handler; continued to allow for slow petting; some what grabby with treats; explored nearby; came back to handler; stood near handler; allowed for more petting. Walked well back to kennel; entered kennel; allowed for leash removal. 9/16/2026 Patient initally backs away with ears back in kennel. Was easy to leash and remove from kennel. Patient explored clinic and approached several staff members with head low and gentle tail wags. Accepted gentle pets.
