Brownie is an adoptable male American Staffordshire Terrier looking for a home at San Antonio Animal Care Services in San Antonio, Texas. He is fully grown and medium in size. He is currently on the shelter's euthanasia list and today is the last day, listed due to lack of space. Adopting Brownie, or even sharing his story, could save a life before it's too late.

Evaluation Notes: 09/19/2026 - Co-house Interaction Dog displays sociability with handler by coming over to greet with a loose body and a wagging tail and is easy to leash and walk outside where he walks well on leash. He displays sociability with a known dog social female dog by greeting appropriately and coexisting with a tense body, wide eyes, pinned ears and a low wagging tail where he is most interested in sniffing in yard independently. He is easy to return to kennel.
