Sebastian is an adoptable male Staffordshire Bull Terrier looking for a home at BARC Animal Shelter in Houston, Texas. He is fully grown and medium in size. Located At: BARC Animal Shelter & Adoptions Description: My name is Sebastian. I am a male, black and white Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix. Age: The shelter staff think I am about 4 years old. More Info: I have been at the shelter since Aug 27, 2026. I am in kennel DC39. RESCUE ONLY MEDICAL🆘️ 🐾 Meet 4-year-old Sebastian ID #A2093480 4 years old | Male Staffordshire Mix | Black / White Weight: 44 lbs Intake date: 8/27/2026 ⸻ 🩺 MEDICAL NOTES: Sebastian arrived at BARC unable to bear weight on his right front leg. The shelter veterinarian noted: ' Right front leg non-weight-bearing lameness ' Soft tissue swelling around the right elbow ' Puncture wounds on the right front limb ' X-rays of the front legs were within normal limits, with radiologist review still needed Sebastian was prescribed Carprofen for pain and Clavamox 375 mg twice daily for 14 days for the limb wounds. He also developed copious diarrhea. The veterinarian suspects possible whipworms/hooks and started Panacur treatment, with repeat courses planned. Sebastian is Heartworm NEGATIVE.
